Our nationally based fully trained teams carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections at in excess of 16,000 Radio Base Station sites per annum. Tasks carried out during the inspections visits consist of full structural survey of the antenna support structures, their interface with foundations or building, Safe access systems including ladders & installed fall-arrest systems , the antennas, feeder cables, associated ancillaries, site security and fixed safety anchor points.

Site reports and associated certificates are available via Swann's web based reporting system ‘Swann Inspection Database' (SID). Next day reports and certificates ready to view or download can be made on the system available via the customers own unique log-in.

The I&M Division operates a 24/7 callout service in support of our customer's to over 30,000 UK based sites. Using fully equipped service teams located nationally around the country we are able to achieve very responsive service level agreements for each aspect of the service, from acknowledging the callout through to rectification of the reported fault.
