Swann Group is the Holding Company for a diversified collection of specialist Engineering businesses.

The Group was founded in 2005 and has made a number of strategic alliances and acquisitions in order to build a diversified yet specialist engineering group.

Swann Group seeks to acquire businesses already excellent in their markets, to work with the existing management to rapidly develop and grow these businesses, utilising the benefits of an effective corporate structure.
